Going away on holiday can be a bit of a nightmare for families who have a dog. You’ve found the perfect destination for your ideal holiday but first you have to work out who will be looking after your pet while you’re away, and how you will be sure that he is going to be ok without you around. You could try and get a friend to care for him, but it’s a pretty big ask, especially if you’re going to be away for more than a few days.
